Taijiquan is a body art with a history dating back to the very early days of Chinese history. Taiji can also be translated as the unity of "yin and yang" - merging the polarities such as body and mind. Regular practise builds up inner strength and mental stability. Improved body coordination brings body and mind back into sync. Taiji has many positive effects such as improving the body metabolism, reducing high blood pressure and strengthening the immune system. We integrate many taiji aspects in our bodymind trainings.
